Juant/Patch Wine Dinner

Juant/Patch Wine Dinner

Six wines. Thoughtfully crafted seasonal dishes to match.

Stories from the winemaker himself. Great company. Join us Thursday, 9 April at 7pm for our very first Wine Dinner with Matt Talbot.

Jaunt: a short excursion made for pleasure.

Born in Yarra Valley and Nagambie Lakes, Jaunt is all about fun, unexpected blends made for pure drinking pleasure. Think less rules, more vibes, tiny batch, handcrafted, and dangerously easy to love.

Created by Matt Talbot & Kirrily Gordon of Patch Wines, a passion project turned cult fave after some rogue grapes needed a home. Hand-picked from acclaimed vineyards and made with minimal intervention, each wine is crafted with intuition, a touch of science, and a focus on honest, joyful, utterly drinkable flavours.

We’ll be serving a one-off menu of confit duck croquette with cacio e pepe, pumpkin and ricotta ravioli with burnt butter and sage, and dark chocolate mousse with raspberry sorbet and pistachio, and that’s just half of it.

Bookings required.
